Noleen shock service has the spacers, but I can't say about the bolts which are standard metric. What shocks do you run?

Where are you based?  If in the UK - www.tftunedshox.com - they made spacers for me when I fitted a 5th element air to my 4500... just call them up with the measurements... not sure if they do the bolts though... but again if you are in the uk - www.tibolts.co.uk - they do all sizes and as the name suggests all in ti.

Ordered a mount kit for my 4000 from tftunedshox on Wednesday, and it arrived the next day so great service (although it does wound me paying £13 for a few bits of metal!).  Also enquired about bolts as stripped the existing m8 bolt when removing the shock(and it was ti :(), I’m afraid they don't do bolts.  I got a 40mm M8 with nylock nut from my local hardware store for 15p though, so it depends if you are bothered about saving a little weight having a Ti bolt.
