I use a pc laptop and just recently when i bring up internet and favorites and when i load up an internet page the writing on any of these are so small i can barely see it.
Does anyone know how i can increase the resoultion for internet so i can see writing on web pages.

some pages seem fine others are not.
Also if i go to my mail i have the same problem of small writing.

For future reference, the "quick" way to change it (and probably the way you accidently changed it in the first place) is to hold the ctrl button while  scrolling with the scroll button on your mouse. That will zoom it in or out.
