Sorry about that.  I guess you can't link from MTBR and right now you can't up load files to this forum.  I modified it so you can go to the link and see the pictures.

Simon,
You could post on another non-member access site or photo site with a link to it, I think.

I clicked on the MTBR links and was prompted to log in to mtbr.  I logged in and the pictures downloaded on my computer and were viewable in the tech forum.  Nice work, but a question.  What was the clear piece used to section off the tie around the cable?

A trick I learned with zip ties.  After being sliced open on a cut end (Matno wasn't schooled enough to stitch it yet), I started using a match to melt the sharp ends after trimming.  You can see a sharp end waiting to open up skin in the picture.

Ah where I used to work it was nothing for me to of used 100 to 200 cable ties a day,
we used flush cut side cutters, they cut the tail off perfectly flush so no risk of those nasty cuts, still got
a couple of pairs at home, quess what I use them on,
another trick I've used is double loop cable ties, you
first loop around whatever you attaching something
to first and pull tight then you loop around whatever you are attaching to it with the excess tail you have left this fitted into another slot next to already used slot,
would post apic if I could.
