856 chainstay strut needed!
«

Hi Guys,
I took the old, recently re-buit 856 (actually modified 855 with Callums ODS spring kit fitted) for it's first proper ride on Sunday afternoon.
Disaster! The rear strut completely folded. The tubular arms broke at the spiggot inserts at both ends and the spiggot inserts themselves both snapped off the arch/crown part at the top!
I need a new one - anyone got any for sale?
I may get a new one purpose made but don't want to spend a lot of money.
Best regards,
Sprucey
ps - yes I was at the BMX track but there is absolutely no truth in the rumour that I got "big air" ! If you have seen me you would know why that is impossible! ;-)

Hey Sprucey, I have a strut or two laying around. Check your mail and we can work something out.
