converting and oz with crosslink fork to disc

Hello Im new here . I know this question has probably been asked many times but does anyone know if anyone is making an adapter to convert a noleen crosslink front fork to disc brakes. Also does anyone make an adapter to convert the rear carbon swingarm to disc brakes. I want to buy and OZ but must know these parts are available before I do. I have seen the site where a member sells them but it says they are moving and I dont know if they still sell them in the meantime. It seems as the site has not been updated.

As far as I know nobody is currently making front X-Link or rear disc brake mounts at present,
though there are these

http://www.a2zcomponents.com/OLD-web/Adapter/adap01.htm
HOWEVER DON'T DESPAIR
YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN AND THERE ARE MANY ON THIS SITE WHO WILL HELP YOU OUT.
I have made up a few rear adapters,so has Op,Will and a host of others,
the front adapters I've not been involved with but have watched with interest how others have solved this problem,
checkout Op's Junkster and Will's galleries and checkout what can be achived.
Simon.
