WAS IT A OIL SHOCK OR JUST SPRING AND IS THERE ANY MANUALS ON THE WEB(FREE)

There are two types of forks for mountain bikes, air and coil spring. Both types use oil for dampning. Your Judy, if it's like the older ones, is coil. Here's a link to Rock Shox manuals.

The T2 is a sping and elastomer combo no oil. Inexpensive fork that begs for an Englund cartridge.
