Noleen Shock servicing

I have some very old Noleen nr-2's and 4's that need servicing. It's been since 1998 when I bought them with my bile that they've gone without servicing. They are really worn out. How extensive are their rebuilds if I send them off to the Noleen service department. Do they still have the resources to replace shafts, seals, and casings?
