Stratos owners past & present?

I have a Stratos Helix Pro on my DM. I had the shock rebuilt this April- I compressed the shock w/o air which requires a service. The shock has worked great since. Yesterday I locked the shock but noticed it sagged under my weight. I called Stratos and was told that sounds normal. I know they claim some amount of bleed down but for 6 mo. my shock had lockout w/o sag. Their response was the tolerances have changed. The entire conversation was interupted by let me ask the tech and how does it feel when you ride it? Tell me what tolerances have changed or better what is wearing out. I feel their customer service just plain sucks. How do your Stratos shocks lockout? Thanx

I ride the Helix Pro. There is definitely sag with the lockout. It's slow, but there. According to Stratos literature (even before I bought the shock), that's the way it's supposed to be. Most compression damper lockouts work the same way. If it didn't sag, your geometry would be messed up whenever you locked it...
