i found a web site long time aga had a spring that they said would fit about $35 or 45. anyone know what site i was at?

the spring is not that big a deal.the problem with your bike is that you dont have a proper damper and there is not a bolt on alternative.You could fit a spring but you will have an awfully bouncy ride.
