I snapped my noleen n1 and i don`t know if to get a other one,get it fixed or find another shock that is compatible??any sugestions would be apreciated
My bike is a 857
so it has the swingarm with the straight fitting at the bottom of the shock [smiley=blankstare.gif]this is why i was`nt sure what other shock would fit?

good time for an upgrade. look into the fox vanillas, stratus or risse shocks. you can find them for less than us 100 on ebay or mtbr classifieds. You can do a search on this forum for each type of shock and read a ton on how they work with the evo type frame.

::)you could send it to "noleen shock service" for a rebuild. but for the price you should be able to get a used fox that has more adjustments the the nr-1, which only has preload.
i don't think anyone here would recommend rebuilding a nr-1.
you didn't state what frame it is from and what size. the size may limit your options, if it's a small/medium evo.

the risse and stratos route are a straight bolt up job.I think pedro somehow got an adaptor made for a fox to fit the cone type fitting in the strut
