Thats just what i want to do to my Proflex , how have you mounted the rear disc calliper , welded a bracket or a bolt on job ?
Slik looking machine , are the Fournalls forks that much better than the Gervins ?

The rear disk adaptor is a bolt on Hammerhead x56HH, maybe still available from Mike Green (dig on the forum for a contact).
The Fournalles have more travel and less "stiction" than the Vectors and so better small bump performance, but I have them pretty stiff for on road. Their main advantage for me is the as standard disk adaptor and 700c wheel clearance.
