Rebuiling Girvin Vector II fork,

Hi all ,just found this site after buying a Vector II fork ,and yes pushing the price up even higher.
One down side i can see of the fork, is the price of even the smallest part ,so the big question is , does any body know what are dimentions of the small plastic thrust washers ,(part number 27 ,SEAL SPACER ,EXTREME SEAL 14 off) and what material it should be. Is it Nylatron?
I have found them on e-bay £10 or so ,but £35 post ?? Must be able to make them for less than this.
Can anyone advise !!!!!!!!!!!!
Its late ,but does no one in the U.K. want to keep the cost of running these FORKS down
Lets make some parts to keep these things going .!!!!!!!!!!!!

if the seller of the kits is in the USA and you're in the UK, contact them for a postage price and I think they'll do it a lot cheaper.
Anything less than about £18 all in for one of these original kits is cheap.
