proflex 856/956/XP-series owners need beta testers

sorry being lurker-bloke for months.

you may well be aware that just about every yellow MCU has gone rock hard and has made the 856/956/XP/96 beast & animal pretty much useless.

I have a new spring replacement for the MCU coming out in the next few months.  I'll need a range of folks to test for me.  As you know, mike and I are completly anal retentive about testing - so I'll need a wee bit of help from you guys.

get in touch with me at rdibounce@proflex.demon.co.uk if you are interested.  please state your weight and your riding style,
e.g. "I crash a lot", "I am like a fairy", "I crack pavement", "I am an XC rider and shave my legs" etc.  I'll also need to know which of the above bikes you have and its frame size in inches.

I'll select a sample (doesn't matter where you are) and send out the MCU replacement springs.  you can keep them so long as you give me feedback and don't mind killing yourself if it all goes a bit Pete Tong.  (cockney for: wrong)

thanks for the help.  sorry if people feel that this is commercial - I just
need help and I'm giving stuff away!

things are going well.  we have been out of stock for ages of most things but after my trip to sweden for COW PISS RIDE 2003, we'll have loads of everything back in again.
