Integrated headsets

The other day, a friend asked me a question about integrated headsets. I had to admit that I knew next to nothing. I thought he was talking about internal headsets. I found some interesting info on the Chris King website. I haven't heard of anyone having problems, but I hadn't heard much in general about them.
