I seem to remember seeing a posting about someone that had a bunch of replacement carbon swingarms for the X57 type frame. This one was with the pivot point in front of the BB not behind it, right?

This is a very secretive question. Be careful with the information you gather. Project X-5-7 was silently debunked after the inquires finally dissipated and the citizens went on with their lives.

We speak nothing of this.

Honestly. The guy selling them probably realized he was sitting on a gold mine. I e-mailed him and did not receive a reply. I have no idea what happened. I even asked the same question you did a while back without any answer as to whether I could still get one. Signed really Ionit. Pardon the sarcasm.

This has been asked a few times and simply put - don't count on it. I've been e-mailing with fellow K2 member Jinder about this and it seems that there could be a few reasons.

1) the "goldmine" theory, but i'd think he want to SELL them to get "gold", ;)

2) he's full of it. Pictures can be copied easily on the 'Net,

3) he's not hurting for cash or is simply lazy.

Disapointing. VERY disapointing. I was planning on buying 3!

Sorry I missed your post Ionit. I did have the intention of addressing it with this same info! My bad (forgetfull). :-[
