A Good Deal
« on: May 13, 2005, 12:00:26 am »
Found this searching on the net, pretty good price considering what they usually go for:

Although beware there are reported problems with the sidewalls on these tyres - apparently they shred up pretty easily on rocky & rough terrain.  The 2.2's are apparently better.

looks like a great deal. I used to  use the old xc green wildgrippers and  the were about as durable as a wet paper bag, the sidewalls could not handle pointy rocks! but these appear to be more heavy duty so worth trying.I got some irc trailbears for the same price and they are holding up real well.
