Hey Jinder. It's been a while. Good pics.  What river is that you're riding along? The bike is looking good. It's nice to see all those stickers on it. It looks as if your riding a bike in the condition it was some 5 or 6 years ago. Thanks again for being one of the first restickering test subjects.
PS. Maybe you can help me with some things. As you know I'll be traveling to London England at the end of this month. Since you’re familiar with the city I am wondering if you can answer any of my questions. How can I get around once I'm there? I was hoping maybe to use a bicycle, or is that not recommended. And I also wanted to get a Tube or bus pass. What kind of card or transport pass should I get.
If I get into any trouble could I give you a shout?  I'm not expecting to much trouble.. My savvy sister will be with me.

hey jinder looks good. This pic reminds me of a trick that i practised and practised in my yard to impress my mates..i would ride along and apply the brakes...as i slowed down to nearly stopped i would stand up apply the front brake a bit harder and with a slight pull up on the pedals(clipless) and a flick of the hips i would do a rotating  90 deg stoppy and
ride off again without unclipping.....the first time i tried in for real i was going very slightly down hill.the result was an rotating endo much to my freinds delight....... :-[

Hey Ionit, just to let you know that if I was going to London I would be using the tube,it gets you everywhere. Riding a bike would be fine if you like lots of traffic and cold weather. Also you run the risk of having it stolen unless you lock it up real well,so I reckon it makes sense to catch the tube and bus.

Thanks Steve. I want to plan a trip to the Aston Hill MTB park in Aylesbury. Do you recomend taking the train or bus half way  out.
From what I searched online Aylesbury is about 30 miles out from central London or about a 1 and a half hour trip by bike( Correct me if I'm wrong.). Is it possible, What do you think. Truthfully.
I'll be staying there one night and riding back into london no stops.

Thanks Ionit!

The little river is just a pond in St.Thomas Ontario...about 1 mile from my house. Steve hit the nail there, The tub is the best way to get around but if you are going someplace where you can take your bike indoors (like from house to house) youc an use your bike too, just don't leave it outside alone.

Thanks again man, those stickers RULE - excellent work!

Ionit,
I'm in the UK, I was in Aylesbury last night, I live a few miles away, if you need any advice and you think I can help, give me a shout.
London is fine, Travelcards on the Tube are great value, but I've never seen anyone taking their bike on it...!
Cycling around London is also Fine, as long as you're OK with Cycling on the left!
It's not a scary city , honest!
You can get Trains to Aylesbury from Central London, (Marylebone) about 1 Hour and pretty regular.
It's 40 miles to cycle it from central London.......but there's some beautiful countryside through the Chiltern Hills on the way.
I don't know about the Aston Hill MTB Park, maybe I need a visit....?
Anyway, if I can help.........
Colin
