An Easton Monkeylite would be beautiful and functional on that bike. You can find them reasonable on Ebay. Have fun, Rich .Aybody else use a carbon bar? Talk about a worthwhile upgrade, very comfortable. Just don't pay retail. Post some pics of that badboy.

hehe... i am happy.
1st upgrade is happening 2morrow - 1 that i just have 2 make, chainrings and [maybe] front deraileur.
my 24, 36, 46 and sram 9.0 sl just won't fit  :(
never mind, i'll keep them on my 957 [which i'll build up 1 day].
they r really nice boone tech ti chainrings, so i wanna hang on to em [see pic in my gallery if yr interested].
other than that, plain sailing so far  :)
oh yeah, i've already got a carbon monkeylite bar and now - [thanks to epac] a carbon monkeylite seatpost!  :)
the bar rocks, oh, and btw - if anyone's interested - those chainrings are going back into production soon  ;)

Congrats on joining the exclusive Oz club!

Is it a large or medium?

Can't wait to see your pic.'s

Bet you can't wait to mount her?  One thing you'll notice - no tinny pinging noise from alluminium work hardening, my 957 used to do that all the time.

I have yet to see another rider w/ a 4500/5500/Oz frame on the trails.

it is one sexy frame, she rides as well as she looks! [smiley=beer.gif] :-*

Welcome to the Oz family!! I, too, use a carbon monkeylite bar and seat post. can't have too much cf I always say!! (still saving for my carbon car, I heard that you can order a Pagani Zonda with a tinted clear coat over the weave, just like my Oz!!)
anyway, good luck with the bike, they are beautiful and unique!!
The only one I have ever seen is person is mine. I love having unusual things. I hate being an "average person" in any pursuit.

thanks guys!  :)
yeah - it is a work of art. it was kinda hard 2 believe i was actually looking at it in the flesh [i've seen so many pictures of it lately]  ;)
a guy in the bike shop this morning was doing some serious rubber-necking when i walked in with it.
hehe...
i already have a shopping list 4 bits 2 upgrade, & seeing as we r heading in2 winter over here [well - shortly] it's a great time 2 do it.
all i need now is the cash  ;)

Enjoy, and remember it's just some Windex then Lemon Pledge to keep your carbon looking new.  I have seen only one other carbon in the past 5 years...

Windex is a brand name blue-colored, ammonia based glass / window cleaner.

P. S.  Check your other thread.  I added to my last post regarding BBs and chainrings.
