Hi Everyone, I am selling my 18'' Proflex 856. The bike is in fantastic condition with its entire original spec minus the missing ritchey clipless pedals. The main frame is perfect without a single scratch.

! Hopefully I can find someone to take care of it and preserve its originality. I am in Canada but will professionally box and ship anywhere at the sellers cost.

I am asking $675 USD or best offer. I am in no rush to sell. I do paypal.

I have a Smart Shock off my 1998 Proflex 5000 that I'm selling on eBay for $50. It's leaking and needs a rebuild. Noleen will do the rebuild for $100. I have contact info for this. These shocks are very hard to find on the aftermarket.

NOW SOLD!!!!

Am sadly selling my 857 with Girvin Crosslinks, M739 front mech, hope seat collar, FSA carbon seatpost, and Nukeproof warhead SL headset.
This (Large) frame has a custom rear shock adapter allowing the use of a Fox Float air shock. (shock actually needs a service).
I'm including the original NR2 rear shock, spare seals & bearings for the crosslinks.

It has hope hubs and 4 pot disk brakes fitted if that makes a difference. It hasn't been used for a while so would need a good service.

I don't think it's appropriate for us to value it for you, that's up to you, I'd suggest that you check completed sales on eBay for a guide price, or start it low and it'll sell at the "market price".

Otherwise, place your own value on it and offer it for sale on here or elsewhere.

What make is the fork?

I'd be interested to see a close up photo of the Left hand side, i.e the rear disk brake mounting, if you'd oblige?

Agreed and im not having a dig. Im just saying that putting the wrong manufacturers stickers on a bike is pointless. Anyone looking at the bike who knows bikes will just say thats not a GT so why the wrong sticker?
Its a nice looking bike but the stickers puzzle me.
Unless it turns out to a highly modified Zaskar then I'll eat my words

Hope discs are a very nice touch.
Put Proflex stickers on it and it will probably sell for more.

Anyway, Im off for a drive in my Ford, which is actually a VW but ive changed the badges.... only joking, cos that would be pointless!

I've got a Proflex 957 that has seriously been ridden maybe 5 times at most. The only issue the bike has is the common seat crack because of where the Proflex engineers put the water bottle mounts. I was going to get this repaired by a fellow board member who lives in California for $90 (Terry) but life just got too crazy and busy and the bike has been sitting in my garage for a while now.

Besides the crack, the bike is MINT and has almost no wear and/or scratches. The shocks & seals aren't even broken in. I've got all the original parts on the bike. I'm located in Boston, MA but will ship the bike at your cost.

Make me an offer. I'll be posting high resolution pictures this weekend.
