Orange, I need your help. How do I remove the ODS shaft from the Girvin strut? It's been long enough since I put it together that I don't recall how it went together and I haven't found a good diagram or set of instructions. None came with my parts.

Is the shaft end threaded? I don't remember it being so, but bumping the strut-shaft screw didn't dislodge it and before I gave it a more vigorous thump, I thought I'd better ask. I put a bit of Kroil down the shaft to loosen it - maybe that will help.

If the shaft has a threaded end, is there a cross hole in the shaft to stop it turning? Or is there another technique? None of my non-marring jaw pliers can get through the spring to grip the shaft.

I'm looking forward to anyone's response on this.

Hi Guys just thought id see what the intrest might be.

I have a Proflex 755 wc (metalic blue) edition for sale its in near immaculate condition bar minor paint flects.

Any intrest please contact, I should be taking some photos over the weekend i am considering placing it on ebay so this is the heads up to keep a look out.

Hey, just joined here! I've got a Pro-Flex 656 that I just bought this past summer and absolutely love it. Anyway, I broke the plastic washer that separates the two rear elastomers. By any chance would someone on here have an extra one lying around or an idea of how to replace it. I've tried rapid descent scotland and they don't have any. I'd love you forever if anyone has one. I'm more than willing to pay for it also.

Also, I am wondering how much you can modify they bike, since its so old. Is there any way to put a new fork on the front. And if anyone has a list of specs that would be greatly appreciated also. Thanks. Hope someone out there can help me!

Proflex 857 frame, polished aluminium 20" (large), carbon swingarm.

My mate has one for sale just want to see if any interest out there. Price not determined yet, but will be well under £100. Easton custom ProGram aluminium tubing, carbon rear swingarm. Has coil spring conversion on ODS shock.

Anybody interested? Located near Loughborough, UK.

Here is a pic of it as a complete bike. It'll be much shinier than in the picture as that was after some serious riding!!

HI guys, brand new to the forum...glad I found it. I have a 98 K2 4000 since new. I am about to strip and polish alum and apply clear coat. Therefore I need stickers:

K2 4000 sticker set or

The Risse Genesis is a couple of years old, perfect shape...does not leak, period.

The Swing Arm has Mike Billet's Hammerhead disk Brake Adapter, a very worthy upgrade. The swingarm has also been machined to accept real bearings which can be purchased anywhere. I will also toss in an extra set.
