Is that the same length as your stock shock?

If so, I imagine it would. Stratos makes Helix series shocks to fit that frame, and unless the Fox is significantly fatter (i.e. fat enough to have clearance issues with the top tube), it should be fine.

I could be wrong since the only Attack I've ridden was a Way Big, and it's been a while since I rode it.
