good stuff, although i literally just found them in my box of stuff and shit!  Was looking for my 6mm allen key and there they were.  Just scored a brand new with tags Flite Titanium saddle for 25 dollars.  Reason it was so cheap was the guy bought a load of them in a two tone blue and red and had them dyed black by some upholstery place.  He reckons the dye comes off after about 10 or so rides so we'll see, but for 25 notes i couldn't resist.

Blackballed you say  ;)

I'll just apply a ControlTech or Syncros decal to the old fella and no one would spot it straight away.

edit for pics..

Hi all. I'm Audun, living in Norway. New to this forum. Was pleased to see there's still a bunch more riders than me that still ride these old beauties ^_^
Sooo, just thought I'd add my baby here aswell, a slightly modified '97 Beast :D  PS: I'm in need of a new rear shock, preferrably NR-4 or if anyone know if the Fusion-X shocks are available for the x57 frame?
If it ain't broken, tweak it! ;D

Welcome TP,

The problem we all have is the cone end at the strut shock mount. Some of us has made adapters for shocks like Fusion-X, Manitou, Fox, and such. J6Noleen still sells the NR-4, and Risse makes a really good line of rear shocks with the cone end.

You came to the right place.
