Yeh, not very inspiring is it?

I guess it's the miserable groupset that makes it look so poor.

Beyond that it's just an overpriced Aly Hardtail with a no-name fork on it.

But strangely, I fall for the marketing hype and almost want it just for the name............

Hi guys tis me again.
I need something perhaps, and I need some advice.
The OZM carbon frame, has anyone used an alloy swinging arm on one ?
If so which swinging arm did/would you use
And does anyone have a spare one they may want to sell ?

Simon used an alum Evo swingarm, but he had to cutout parts to clear the frame and weld inserts. Otherwise no alum swingarm will work off the shelf.

WANTED!

Silver chainstays for 856. (or anything compatible.)   :-\

Only need the chainstay, not seat stays or a gear hanger.

the swingarm itself you mean then? Try member 'ukreg' he seems to have a lot of this stuff for sale - he's based in Leicester.

Clearing out the parts bin, plus some "wants"

Wanted:
- Vector steerer tube/lower mount, ideally in a shorter length for use with the combination stem/Upper Link Mount (ULM)
- Vector combination stem/ULM in silver, ideally 120mm long and maybe with a 10 degree rise (or close to that)
- Topline crank like one might have found on a 955 or 956
- one more of those Ti springs that guy sells on eBay

Have to sell or trade (for those entertaining trades):
- Vector II fork legs
- extra separate ULM with nice top link
- friction damper parts (not the stuff you sent, Terry, I'm holding onto that to keep the set together)
- workable (but not made for the Vector) chrome springs that could act as elastomer replacements
- Vector combination stem/ULM in silver, 150mm long (just too darn long for me)

Non-Proflex/Girvin parts for sale or trade:
- STX RC rear derailleur
- 31.8 Mountain LX and older XT "strap" mount front derailleurs, 31.8, bottom pull
- Deore LX clamp mount front derailleur, 31.8, bottom pull
- STX RC 3x7 speed brake/shifter lever combination units
- Ritchey Comp black alloy 1 1/8 stem (around 140mm, maybe 5 degree rise) and matching black alloy seatpost (27.2, maybe 250mm long)
- Campagnolo Euclid MTB mid-cage rear derailleur, well used but built like a tank
- original XT 3x7 speed STI/Rapidfire units, very good condition
- 7 speed cassettes
- Sugino Supershift 110/74 BCD chainrings, used little, big ring has a couple extra holes drilled but otherwise in great condition)
- Dia-compe MTB brake levers for use with Grip-Shift units
- Ritchey WCS 1" sealed bearing headset, black, totally new, with top cap
- generic black alloy 1 1/8" stem (maybe 130mm x 5 deg rise) that came stock on my K2 4000
- Kalloy "titanium" color flat 25.4 MTB handlebar
- no-name black steel 1" stem, maybe 80mm long x 25 degree rise
- practically unused Alivio crankset (square taper) with black steel chainrings (think they're 44, 34, 22), compact 5-arm BCD, 175mm arms
- 2 sealed bearing Shimano UN5X square taper bottom brackets
- Pulstar sealed bearing front hub, through-axle type, think the color is lavender or grey

Thought I'd post the stuff here first. Let me know if you have what I'm looking for, are interested in anything I may have, or want pictures. The more you buy, the cheaper the prices get! Prefer US buyers and PayPal payment, but I'd make exceptions if the folks overseas really want something. PM me if you're interested.

Thanks!

Hi all, new to the site and looking for some Vector 1 parts. Bought what I thought to be a complete fork from some ******** and it has arrived with bits missing. Can't figure out how to add pic's here yet but it is mainly parts for the top linkage where the stem attaches to the fork, and some of the elastomer mounting parts. If anyone has anything they wish to donate that would be great as I paid the guy £40 and it has no elastomers either!

Cheers

Look at this diagram to identify what parts are missing, compile a list and we'll see what we can do.
(Maybe start a new thread)
http://idriders.com/proflex/coppermine/albums/userpics/10284/vector2_assy.pdf
It's of a Vector II, but a lot is common and will at least give us an idea.

If it was a "FleaBay" special, then have you considered returning it for a refund, or maybe get a partial refund if he didn't honestly describe it?
Sellers are obliged to list any defects or missing parts of the item, don't let dodgy sellers get away with it!
eBay are very supportive of Sellers at the moment!

Thanks Colin, unfortunately it is mostly the parts that are unique to the Vector 1 that I am missing, where the stem attaches to the top linkage. It's a shame there is no such diagram for the Vector 1.

It was not an ebay sale otherwise I would have used the available channels, it was a direct sale through a forum (not this one).

Orange, I have not familiarised myself with the way this site works yet, so I'll try to find ukreg and gat in touch.

Cheers.
