Title: K2 escape 24 speed

Can anyone tell me anything about a K2 escape 24 speed bike? A friend gave it to me, I can’t find any info on this bike

A hybrid bike, I think?
Probably from after K2 sold off the manufacturing rights in 2005.
So, sorry to say, well past my time frame of interest or knowledge.
