Title: Tech support from Risse???

  I called Risse today because I needed info. on a Hex Link kit for my other bike (2002 Enduro). The Website gives minimal info. I spoke w/ a tech (Dave?) on the phone - I received less info. than the web data. Does anyone know who I can contact for info? e-mail addy? I did ask to speak w/ someone that knew more about the product and was told "He is really busy". Any help would be appreciated. Thanx

I usually have fairly mediocre service from Risse as well.  Their email responses are usually only a couple of lines and most of the time don't answer my question fully.  I have not been impressed to date.  I do really like their shocks though.

I am going to try to order some rebuild kits and the teflon sleves for my Genesis on my 856 so I guess I'll see how they do with orders.   I will probably order everything through Bill Larson, he always comes through.
