Spring needed- 3 1/8x 1 5/8x11/4 200-250 pounds  Anything close out there?  I know our xlinks and 856'ers are mostly a bit long?

Thanks!
Scott

Actually 250-300 is the correct range.

any spring place will make you exactly what you want.Just look in your yellow pages......spring making is now a science and the properties of spring steel are well known. With a set of scales a vernier caliper and a mind that knows a spring man will tell you the properties of your spring without even compressing it.
Yake a spring along tho ..he will prolly grumble and say something about "overrated".You can reply that you dont mind sacrificing a little sag over time to save some weight :D

Thanks Kiwi.  I have 3 quotes from the 'net-all above $190 each.  My local source has left.  We ended up calling Extralite in Italy for the proper spring.
