I am looking for a shock for my cross link forks. Does anyone have a used noleen Nr or anything else I could buy. I prefer coil shocks over an air shocks.
It needs a 220 mm (8.25") eye to eye length.

search ebay regularly you will find a shock eventually,a used crosslink may be cheaper than a shock and or get your noleen rebuilt

I 2,
I will send you an email, but I have a brand new smart shock for a xlink, along with a brand new, custom painted carbon xlink with manual and extra fork rebuild kiits.
I am going to put it on ebay tomorrow, so let me if you are interested. It was quite an expensive paint job, so the fork may be a bit pricey for you. but perhaps we can make a deal.
pictured in bike on gallery, but was only ridden less than 20 miles. I went to the Talas R right away.

the only shocks you can fit is the Noleen smart shock, nr-2 or nr-1, which are all coil. the only other shock that fits is made by risse and it's an air shock.

perfect. That’s what I meant by Nr. I just didn't know which ones they were that fit on the forks. Now that I know they are the Nr-1 or Nr-2's I will definitely look for those. I was aware that Risse made the Genesis shock for the fork. But as light as they are I still like how reliable a good simple coil can be.
Thank for the replies.
I would also like to inquire if anyone has a cross link fork.

if you have a 97 bike with a girvin crosslink as aopposed to a 98 Noleen crosslinjk the smart wont fit.

I have a new, never mounted NR2 for your Crosslink. Also a Crosslink fork. Email is stp479@aol.com
