Anyone know what size I need to fit this to a 2002 Disco Monkey, fox said they hadn't spec'd the bike so I'd have to take my own measurements, so I figured someone has already done this here, right?

I didn't measure mine. I just took my noleen and fox shocks to the hardware store and dug thru bushing bins until I found the right set-up in width, length and inner bolt diameter. If you are reasonably mechaincally inclined you should be able to figure it. I think I spent $2.00 or so on small parts to make a bushing.
Good luck.

Holy Snot! Your hardware store has "bushing bins" that have bushings that fit bicycle shocks?! What kind of hardware store is that (besides the kind I dream of!)? The closest I can find around here (NYC) is Home Depot, which sucks for small bits (ar anything metric, for that matter).

I live in a farming community. The local hardware store/tractor shop has pretty much every bushing, pin or piece of hardware known to man. In a more urban setting a machine shop or bearing supply house would likely have the same supplies.

Big Lew,
I forget what size my '98 EVO used, but Fox did not mfg the correct size (width). So I bought the slightly wider ones that Fox had and filed(width) them to fit. Don't worry about width, you can do the same procedure as long as the other dimensions are correct. It would be a simple job for a machine shop to make some if all else fails. I measured my Noleen to get the correct width.

We had an Eagle Hardware that had all kinds of stuff includling metric bits. It got bought out by Lowes. Lowes dropped the metric bits, but it does have a better small part selection than Home Depot.
We got a marine hardware store near the shipyard. I can find all kinds little bits there too. I even found a pressure gauge to replace the broken one on my floor pump at the marine store. ;D
