would one of you be able to do me a favour?
could you tell the length/width/height of a medium sized frame?
I'm trying to get hold of one, and need this info for shipping quotes etc.
cheers :)

ok , here we go my bike was hangin out in the living room so I measured it up....these are close and may be slightly over. As it was hard to get exact cuz the bike is built, so there was stuff in the way.
Length 39.0 in. ( from bottom of head tube to back of dropout )
Width 7.25 in. ( swingarm just in front of dropouts )
Height 22.25 in. ( Underside of B.B. to top of seat sleeve. )
Weight 5.8 lbs
Hope this helps you.
cheers, Mr.Ed [smiley=beer.gif]

much appreciated Mr Ed :)

5.8 pounds! Is that with or without shock? My small Evo is 6.75 pounds with shock.

You can package it much smaller if you disassemble it. Actual dimensions will be:
- seat tube to headtube
- bb to top of seattube
- bottom of the pivot on the swingarm to the highest portion of the swingarm.
That's how I packaged mine, it came out to less than half the size of the assembled frame.

Hi Southern_Kiwi,
Be certain your shipper installs the dropout support-it's a plastic friction fit thingy all new bikes come with to prevent compression of chainstays/swingarms/forks etc. Very important when the 800 pound gorillas start tossing stuff around.....

gee, I thought I was the only one who had his bike hanging out in the living room!! nice to know I am not the only one! [smiley=yawn.gif]

I remember the weight (5.8 lbs ) from some thing I saw before I bought the frame. ( my memory gets a little fuzzier every time I wipe out !! ) Maybe it was ediscount advertising. And I beleive 6.0 lbs for the large. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
Like grimjack said, taking the swingarm off will make the box a good bit smalller.

I've got all three hanging in the entry way of our apartment. All fully visible from the living room (it's really all the same room). Must be a New York thing... 8)
