Title: Proflex 856 world cup...need parts

Looking for advice on rapid fire shifters compatible with deore XT front and rear derailleurs also compatible shocks for to replace front and rear springs

do you still have the elastomer springs?i think the 856 had a very rudimetry shock absorber?
