Title: Spline Drive Alloy Nipples - where?

hey guys,
it's been a while [i've been hibernating]. does anyone know an online shop i can get the above? unless of course somewhere in New Zealand sells em - Kiwi?
i'm building up a set of disc wheels with king ISO disc hubs, Mavic 317 Rims etc...

Never heard of them. What are "spline drive nipples?" Do they have splines instead of the standard 4-sided nipples? Where would you get a spoke wrench for that? Honestly, I've read a TON of biking stuff in the last few years, and I've never come across anything like that. Just curious...

Found spline drive shop quality spoke wrench $22.99 and consumer quality $4.99 at www.bikepro.com also found reviews at www.mtbr.com under link to spokes spline drive had good reviews don't round off,didn't find a supplier yet, I would think any good wheel builder would be able to supply these nipples?Simon

bikepro.com's been out of business for years, so don't try to order from them...

Also, I believe spline drive is gone too, so whatever you find will probably be NOS.

Try www.branfordbike.com/wheels/whbig10a.html or 203 488 0482 (USA) they do or did spline nipples (Coloured as well)thats if there still in business ? Simon. [smiley=laughing.gif]
