I just got off the phone with the folks at Nolleen Shock Service and I'm pretty happy. I shipped the shock there a month or so ago for a rebuild (an NR-2 for Crosslink ELT), and it didn't take long to get it fixed. When it came back though, it wouldn't fit back on the fork. I contacted them and they said to ship it right back to them -- with the bolt that didn't fit -- and they would look into it.
Turns out there was a big burr where the bolt went through, which they cleaned up free of charge! It should be on its way back today and I can't wait to put it on and give it a try. I'll let everyone know how the ride feels now -- it was horribly pogoy and probably out of oil.
But they were very friendly and professional about everything, and I'm quite happy so far. We'll see how it feels when it all goes together.
