well the sunshine got to me and i decided to make a start on the 954 despite not having most of the parts to finish.

frame has been polished but is covered in grubby little finger prints and requires a good liquid polish to finish & swingarm a nice t-cut. notice swingarm has had bell crank boss removed ;) oh and vector 2 so i can choose my own stem, hopefully a 1" syncros.
Vectors also require polishing.

It's been a while now since I first posted and there's been a bit of progress.(http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/dd24/purplegerbils/pro-flex%20954/IMG_20140911_000151.jpg) (http://s224.photobucket.com/user/purplegerbils/media/pro-flex%20954/IMG_20140911_000151.jpg.html)
Had a new syncros stem cap cnc'd by a friend. (Bottom)

And the top.....the top was just plain with raw edges the same as the bottom looks,so I took a file and fine sand paper to it and then gave it a good polish.

And as it looks at the moment......just need to polish the forks and fit the new washer kit, also seems that it needs a new bush kit as well.
Anybody know what air shock will fit the forks without to much hassle?

Looking good! That rear end is so individual it almost looks like a prototype. You can see the thought process as they played with the angles.
Risse and Noleen both do direct replacement shocks for the Vector. Risse is an air shock.

I'm looking for a 954 so if you ever sell it or now of any 954 (also 955,956,957) please let me know. Thanks and nice build.

Sorry savage, took me too long to find this one because it's a 16"..... They do pop up on eBay once in a while but mostly 18"..... Mine was imported from America previously owned by a forum member (trajectory) can be seen on page 3 of readers bikes. ;)
