Well it looks like the head tube is fixed ,a stainless steel ring was made and pressed over the top ,

if the new project frame (XP-X ) is too small i will swop all the parts over ,and the needle roller frame will just sit there , just a few more parts and its finished !

Looks like a great repair. Probably will have a hard time even telling there was ever a problem. Well done.

As clean as that repair looks, I think I'd get a second one pressed on the lower lip of the headtube as well, so it would match, not to mention be stronger.
