Title: Carbon Frame Decreaking Techniques?

There was a file in the "how tos' section but can't open it anymore. 'wondering if anyone downloaded the file and can post a copy. Thanks....

...OP, 'did that but getting a "page cannot be found" error messsage. Do you still have a copy of that article?
