Title: Original Girvin Vector (1) fork owner's manual

I'm looking for a manual to cover the parts, set-up, use and maintenance of the original, MCU-equipped, black, steel stem Girvin Vector fork. Original, photo-copy, PDF, etc...any usable format.
Same goes for the Vector 2, in both the MCU and ODS-equipped versions with the integral  steering stem-mounted upper shock pivot.
