Check this one out. It is within about an hour drive from my home. I made an offer, but he didn't even bite. I even offered for the frame without the rear shock (as I have a great Fox rc150 from my Oz). The frame would be a nice replacement for my Oz with the moving bottom bracket shell. http://www.ksl.com/index.php?nid=218&ad=8794168&lpid=&cat=191
Maybe he will change his mind. Please!!!!!
Can anyone tell if it is a large or medium? He thinks it is a large, but was unsure.

Even though it is advertised as a large it could easily be a medium. As you might be aware people get confused with the way these frames are sized and measure the bb to seat and assume its a large. This distance is the same on large and medium.
If you do definatly want a large, ask for the top tube measurement, center seat post to center head tube, Large =579mm Medium =554mm.
Looks like its hardly been ridden so could be a real good catch.
Good luck

It's impossible (virtually) to tell the difference between a Medium and a Large Carbon Frame bike from a photo.
As Chris says, about 540 & 570 between top tube centres, or get him to measure between the "rivets" bonding the two halves together, one at the seat tube and one at the Headtube.
Large is: 512mm
Med is: 486mm
Another way, after my research into the serial numbers is to get him to tell you that, or if not all of it then just the first 5 digits as if it's stamped (not hand engraved) then it's generally of the form, "242-xx aaa bbbb" where XX is either 16 or 18 and aaa and bbbb is the serial number
16 means a Medium, 18 means a Large
Anyone got a Medium Frame they'd like to swap for a Large? (I'm in the UK)
