Title: Elastomers

Hi there,

does anyone know where i can buy some replacement elastomers for my 955 Proflex, i've tried searching the internet but have drawn a blank, any help would be much appreciated.

any bike shop can order them from k2. they only have them in 1 density. if you're near an rei, they can order them.

You can rejuvenate your elastomers by microwaving them - VERY SLOWLY (stop every 10 seconds or so until normal spring has returned.
I also half submerge them in water to prevent hotspots.
If you do too much, too soon they will explode = bad.
Depending on how much you ride, they will go up to a year between 'treatments'.
It's only the sunlight/ cold that turns them to concrete.
