Title: Fox upgraded rear shock on '01?

Hey all, I read a little on here and also heard in the past ( before I found this site ) that K2 was offering an upgrade to a Fox rear shock? Is this still true? If so where, an how do I look into upgrading. How much is this upgrade..  My K2 is a '01 Razorback 4.0...
