REI is Recreational Equipment Inc. There is a store in Northridge, Ca. They have stores across the U.S. and was one of Manitou's biggest distributers.

Northridge REI
18605 Devonshire St
Northridge, CA 91324
(818) 831-5555

Ask for the cycle shop mechanic.

On another note, your LBS should be able to help you get a fox or manitou shock spring. Lbs x 2" stroke would be in order. They fit girvin and noleen shocks.
