Anyone out there with any info especially the rear elastometer type from R D S would be great

I've not heard of a proflex 862...  I'd also be keen to get feedback on the elastomers for various bikes as well.

First of all, I didn't think there is such a thing as a 862, we all know Bob had a fascination with the digit "5" in the middle of his model numbers.............dunno why...............

But then I found this piccie

where did you find that picture???
cos that is my bike...(seat post gives it away) bought it off ebay.. a chap called chris..
now these older bikes are my speciality!!! from when i was a racer(long long time ago)..
here goes.. 852 & 952 had titanium flexstem & rigid fork's..

862 & 962 had titanium flexstem & the old gold rock shox mag 21...

now then elastomer's...cant quite remember but i think i purchased 856 soft kit and i weigh in at 14st or 196lbs..
and there still as hard as the day i put them on...aint even getting 5mm of travel...but it makes a great speed machine...

yes col it's the same one!! the push seat post gives it away..
i was against painting it but front half was tatty & the whole rear had been painted again..
and as it was meant to be for the missus it got the blue coat & hence no top end part's..
she now say's it is to big (16") was trying to get her a 14" but that got stolen!!
when i get my way it's being polished with a floresent(bright colour) same as the team bike's from that year..
cant seem to find any picci's tho.....anybody got some???
