Hi all just got some sid xl's to bash on my 4000,does any one know how to set them up regards air pressure, positive and negative pressures etc. Also will a standard shock pump fit this fork

sorry no info on the fork , but a shock pump is a shock pump, get a reliable one thats not going to be +/- daft amounts. i managed to find one that was about 50psi out which didnt help when setting up forks and shocks.
