Title: X-fusion rear shock
Post by: Matno on January 13, 2008, 08:18:09 pm
These look pretty sweet. Haven't heard any negative reviews yet, but they're still relatively unknown. However, I see that the H3LT shock has a 215mm eye to eye length! Nice. Somebody try one on an EVO frame quick! It even has a "ball bearing option" to minimize frame alignment error. Sounds perfect for our flexy carbon swingarms...

What is it with you doctors? Always want to go with the transfusion... ;D

Those really do look well made. WHAT! No cone adapters in the line up? I'll bet pricing is brutal...

ive got an older x-fusion shock on my oz, the o2r, no problems with build quality as mine holds pressure well so i guess the newer shocks should be good.

I have an '05 or '06 O2RC on my Attack 4.0.  Same experience as jeffhop, it holds air very well and is a big improvement over the original coil shock.  It made the bike lighter than the fancy Specialized FSR's my buddies ride.  The only minor issue I found is that if I didn't put some lube on the shaft every couple of rides it would begin to squeak when it compressed.  It's a great shock for the money; I bought it off Ebay for $60 or so.
