Matno (and others) did you have to make any modifications to your 5000 frame to mount the Manitou swinger?

Not the frame, but the swingarm. However, I think it will mount the other way around on an Oz frame without modification. The modification was very minor dremel work. I spent a little extra time and did mine with extra tight tolerances (as in, the cutouts are beveled in two different planes to fit the contour of the shock body). Definitely not necessary. Here's a pic:

It mounted upright on an Oz, there may be a little contact with the bonding at the frame. I did remove about 1 mm from the taper on the shock just under the bushing area. Otherwise a direct fit.

Thanks for the info and the picture Matno.

I implanted a 3way swinger air 190mm i2i the other way matno did.
a little "spacer" made of stainless steel to come to 209mm i2i and it fits perfectly without dremeling.

Can't see anything, just a black screen, no password prompt or anything.
Might be my company's proxy.
You've got my email, drop me a picture or two.
Is it a piece off of a Eurofighter Typhoon?
(Nothing too important I hope, or they'll never be finished on time!! <grin>)

And it is no eurofighter part. these are bike parts made by myself.
