For any one interested in making their own parts I found this this morning,

Dya fancy getting in touch with him & seeing if you could get hold of the right stuff?  Would then be easy for ya to cut it up & sell original sized bits to us desperate lot!  I'd have a go myself, but it'd probably be easier from the same country as him... :)

 that stuff is going to be hard at 95A

it has the same uses as the stuff i get but this is the hardest you can get , for use in wheels

the one that caught my eye was the 60A

the internal dia is a little big and the od is a little small

trust me guys i spent a loooong time looking for this stuff on the web

try and get the 60a in a smaller internal dia and your good , but stay away from the reds and browns

I was looking at the rod material and having a friend machine it out to the rifht spec...Thanks for the input Slim..

Nice find. Let us know what you can come up with. I'll buy stock and get the pieces machined myself if it's worth it.
