Title: shock replacment

has anyone tried to fit a fox talas ,it has a 210mm i2i distance . it looks as though i will need to alter the frame very slightly .
  anybody got any ideas

   this is on a 4000



I have one on my 4000 and only needed to grind a small amount on the bottom shock mount bracket to clear the air valve, maybe a 6mm half moon shaped area. It doesn't effect the durabliity of the frame.  I also needed new reducers for the top and bottom since the ones it came with did not fit my frame. Also is much plusher than the NR2 I had on it.
