I've got a k2 evo, which is somewhat similar to the 956 sans carbon swingarm and K2isized. Will a fifth element air fit on back? How do I figure out what will fit. i.e. what should I measure. Also, is there anything that can be done about the flexing? rebound damping and less flex would make me very happy.
thank you for your help.

Some people have put the 5th Element on the back. Might require some minor modifications to make it fit. Here's one on an Oz/Carbon frame. It's a slightly different fit than the EVO, but did require some mods. (I believe the carbon frame actually has more clearance than the EVO).

The stock eye to eye length of the shock (measured from the center of the bolt on each end) on an EVO is 8.25" (approx 209mm).

thanks for the info. I looked around the site here and found exactly what I'm looking for. The 2003 fox float talas is an 8.00"/ 2.0 and will fit with no mods (at least on an oz) so I wont have to do anything outside the limits of physics...or my mech skills. I'm stoked about the travel adjust due to the fact that I get all teary eyed just thinking about the eta on my zoke. I believe I might be able to get my ride to point down while climbing!!
anybody got an OZ they're looking to get rid of?

Be aware that the Evo alum frame is more narrow at the top shock mount.
