The guy doesn't seem to know what he has. Sounds like the elastomers are rock solid!

FYI, the front derailleur for this is a bitch to find.  31.8mm bottom pull with a long swing.  The fit is super tight and I had to bend it a little to make mine work.  How they came up with this design I'll never know...
