Title: Fork selection advice
Post by: gaf16 on March 08, 2006, 06:53:41 am
i'm presently in the process of restoring my 856.
the frame is being repainted in metalic black by Bob Jackson Cycles in Leeds.
i have aquired an original set of Pace Proclass forks with gold stanchions for the bike.
however, as usual with my retro rebuilds, i'm prone to changing my mind on components.
so, the question is, stick with the Pace forks or go for some carbon Noleen's.
i think the Pace will look cool.
opions please.

The Pace will look cool and perform very well (nice fork),
parts and servicing availability will also be easier,
either fork should look great,

Simon.

I am fitting my Pace RC36 Pro class 11 forks to my 856 rebuild project.
