Title: Gallery -  How do I set one up?
Post by: Colin on February 27, 2006, 09:38:57 pm
Title sums it up really!

I've searched the site and been a member for quite a while now and still havn't cottoned on to how to do this!

I recall there was a problem a while back in adding new Galleries, but maybe I misunderstood or this has been overcome?

Come on! You're all really dying to see my Pro~Flex collection aren't you?.....................................aren't you, aren't you? <Grin>

I'm still trying to figure out how to "un" upload (delete) some pictures

Colin, I believe if you go over to the gallerys, in the upper right hand corner of the screen click on 'upload'

yep when you click onthe gallery link you will see that the software recognises you..Akk you do is upload yer pics and it automatically creates your album. It will be named exactly as you are..ie mne is kiwi, old proflexer is old proflexer etc....easy.You can delete pics, until you reach your limit it seems....i will give Dave another poke OP....

Great! Done that! and uploaded a photo.

Then I tried to be too clever....................

I deleted the photo and tried to create sub-folders to store photos of different bikes.........

Now I don't seem to be able to upload pictures!
When I complete the upload process, it just goes off for ages in a loop of some sort and then eventually comes back to the Gallery Home.

I thought I had seen that other people had sub-folders and thought this seemed a good idea......

Help!

I've never noticed sub-folders on this site. Where did you see them?

If Dave cant help you might need to go to the source
There is a link right down the bottom of the Album page.I cant do anything in there it seems.
